Weer even terug in Nederland / A smal time back in the Netherlands

Mijn eerste rit naar Frankfurt en het is of de duvel er mee speelt. Het is de 13e en gelijk problemen: eerst duurde het meer dan een uur voor ze de transportpapieren in orde hadden (en dan mag je dus ook het terrein niet op). Dan tijdens het laden een probleem met de eerste trailer, bij het inschuiven gaan niet alle borgingen er in, dus blijft deze op de rem staan. Er is een sevice monteur geweest en ik kan op pad. Wel 4 uur te laat. Ik vrolijk op weg. qua werktijd kan ik Frankfurt op tijd halen en daar lossen en dan slapen om 's avonds weer te laden en terug naar Schiphol. Maar ongeveer een uur voor Frankfurt begint het ontzettend te sneeuwen en alle vrachtwagens kruipen de heuvel op. 1 uur en 800m verder. verlaat ik de snelweg om mijn nachtrust te nemen, maar op de afrit lag zoveel sneeuw dat ik vast kwam te staan. Daar een uur gestaan voor dat de strooidienst zout voor de wielen strooide en ik 250m verder kon naar de parkeerplaats (waar eigenlijk maar weinig sneeuw lag) om te gaan slapen. 

My first ride to Frankfurt and it's like the devil is playing with it. It is the 13th, and right away it takes more than an hour before the transport papers are in order (you are not allowed to enter the grounds without the papers). then a problem with the first trailer during loading, not all the locks go in when retracting. so it stays on the brake. a service technician has been there, and I can go. Up to 4 hours late. I happily on my way. In terms of working time I can make it to Frankfurt on time and unload there and then sleep to load again in the evening and return to Schiphol. But about an hour before Frankfurt it starts to snow heavily and all the trucks crawl up the hill. 1 hour and have a mile further. I leave the highway to get my night's rest, but there was so much snow on the exit that I got stuck there for an hour before the gritter sprinkled salt in front of the wheels and I could go 250m further to the parking lot (where there was actually not mutch snow) to go to sleep.

7-12-2022 / December 7, 2022

Vandaag geoefend met de LZV. Af en aan koppelen van de twee opleggers en het in- en uitschuiven van de voorste oplegger. Alles ging goed. Daarna de weg op en heb een rondje gemaakt vanuit Roosendaal, A58, A16, A59, A27 en dan de A58 terug naar Roosendaal. Toen nogmaals geoefend op het in- en uitschuiven van de trailer (ditmaal zonder hulp) Het was geen probleem. 

Had a nice practice with the LHV today. uncoupling and connecting the two semi-trailers and extending and retracting the front semi-trailer. everything went well. Then on the road, I made a circle from Roosendaal, on the roads A58, A16, A59, A27 and then the A58 back to Roosendaal. there I'll practiced on e again sliding the trailer in and out (this time without help) and it was no problem.

1-12-2022 / December 1, 2022

Het is gelukt, ik heb een baan bij Jan de Rijk transport. Ik ga daar rijden met een LZV (lang zwaar voertuig (25.25 m lang)) en dit op de route Schiphol, Frankfurt. Maandag 5 december beginnen. Eerst een paar dagen met een collega mee, om de computer in de wagens  te leren te bedienen.

Ik moet weer aan mijn verplichting voldoen. Vier maanden in Nederland zijn. Dus heb ik op 20 november een vlucht naar Nederland gemaakt. Helaas zitten alle campings vol, dus heb ik een baan aangenomen als chauffeur lange ritten (dus met cabine overnachtingen) en heb ik dus in ieder geval een slaapplaats.

 I have to fulfill my obligation again. Yes, be in the Netherlands for four months. So I made a flight to the Netherlands on November 20th. Only all campsites are full, so I have accepted a job as a driver for long journeys (so with overnight stays in the cabin) then I at least have a place to sleep.
